The staff here were very friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasant stay for my business trip.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a fantastic area, a short walk to the Texas Rangers stadium and the Cowboys' stadium, as well as other attractions. The pool was great. The staff was exceptional and amazingly nice. The room I stayed in was brand-new and neat with good beds. The coffee & tea makers and fridge worked well.

The hotel itself was GREAT, couldn't really have asked for a better place.

I didn't like the fact that I booked 2 rooms, under MY name, and when we got there to Check-In the rooms they ORIGINALLY wanted to give us were not even next to each other but but on opposite sides of the hotel. That was unacceptable because 1)we booked both the rooms about 9 months before the trip and 2) I booked them under one name, mine, so they should have put the rooms together. We even put "joining rooms" in the request. did not matter. To make things even worse, the person who checked in right after me, was given the room that was next to/connecting to one of the rooms they gave us, but we were told there were none available. So for families with enough family members to require 2 rooms, just know that. We ended up getting rooms down the hall from each other but still not what I was expecting when I booked the two rooms myself.

The hotel is relaxing and clean, with a comfy location within walking distance of the stadium. Good service provided by attentive and excellent staff members. - the rooms are a nice size and brand-new, with a nice bathroom.

Lack of direction to requested businesses

Great stay here, no complaints at all! Loved having a separate room with a comfy couch and a tasty continental breakfast included 🥐. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious!

Fire alarm was tested at 8:00 am., pool was freezing cold even though they advertise inside pool(which is why we chose to stay here) the electricity went off while trying to get dressed and had no hot water that night. After the staff argued with me someone fixed it and I eventually could shower. Internet was very slow!

Comfortable and spacious room, which was a pleasant surprise. It even had a convenient sofa bed—perfect for extra guests! The presence of a microwave and fridge made it even better, really convenient for storing snacks and drinks 🍿.

This place is really clean and has a super cozy location, not too far from the football or baseball stadium. The staff here is friendly and professional, making the whole experience solid. 🌟

Didn't like that I couldn't get my two rooms next to each other even after getting rooms reserved couple months in advance also this is my second stay n last month and both bathrooms could use a good cleaning with exhaust fans

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful if you have any questions, and we really appreciated having a queen room with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom.
